*be on one wave with this person, breath at the same time and copy timber of his voice

*do not be in a hurry to impose your opinion, listen other opinion first, maybe, it will be better than yours.

*but if you have to disagree, do it politely, try to explain your arguments clearly and quietly.

*respect the age and life experience if the person in front of you is much older.

Rules of successful communication

No matter whom you are talking to, there are several rules that you must obey for the communication to be successful. These simple rules which we often forget will help you to communicate practically with anyone. They are the followings:

*never shout, talking in a calm voice you can achieve much more;
