French- French is found in many different parts of Canada. The province of Quebec is almost exclusively French speaking, although there are many english pockets (Montreal & Eastern Townships). In New Brunswick there are many french speaking communities as well as in Ontario, Manitoba, and the Western Provinces. In all of our schools, students learn the french language and the french culture, opening our eyes to the great history of Canada.

Spanish- Spanish is the second most common language in the United States after English. As of 2005, it is spoken by 30 million native citizens of the United States aged 5 or over. The United States is home to the fifth largest Spanish-speaking community in the world, after Mexico, Colombia, Spain and Argentina. In New Mexico, both Spanish and English have the status of official language. Although Spanish is not the most-spoken language in any one U.S. state, it is the second most-spoken language in 43 states and in the District of Columbia.


There are many ways to communicate to one another, although most find verbal communication the easiest.
In Canada there are two official languages-French and English and in the United States there are two languages as well- English and Spanish. In Russia, there is one - Russian.

English- Canada's English language comes from the British spelling and usage. Although the english language is fairly similar in Canada and the USA there is a difference is some of the spelling, for example, the word COLOR (USA) and COLOUR (Canada/British). Click here are some other differences.
