Getting Help

Getting help with a drug addiction is easy. Staying off drugs and not becoming addicted is hard !

To get help you just have to talk - talk to a friend who can help, a parent or another adult or older person, or a teacher.
A family doctor or a school nurse can also help. Someone that you trust and someone that can help you !
